This is probably my third time making this babka recipe and I have to say, this was the best version I've done. It rose beautifully and turned perfectly golden. I kept one loaf for myself (the recipe makes 3) and it was mouthwateringly delicious! What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you haven't worked with bread before, it can be tricky, but just remember that while you're rolling it up with the filling, it's very forgiving. Don't worry if the dough tears. It will all bake out right in the end.
