Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Chicken Marsala was a relatively quick dish to prepare. I used a mix of mushrooms and was happy with results. The sauce is rich so a little tastes like a lot. Great flavor, moist and tender. What advice would you give someone starting this project? I used a cast iron pan and would not recommend it for this dish. I love my cast iron but in this case the pans slow to cool was not a plus.
