Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. non-homogenized cows milk. I couldn't find goats milk that wasn't ulta-pasteurized. But this worked just as well. What are you most proud of? It worked like a charm.... If you follow the directions, read the questions other people post, you can work through it. This was a great experience and look forward to making mozzarella next. then on to cheddar!
