Cherry lattice pie

Project Description

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. This one is an all butter crust with vinegar and water as liquids. Filling is sour cherries, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 tbsp corn starch, 1 tbsp tapioca starch. It was awesome! What are you most proud of? That the crust turned out great this time too!! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't overwork the crust and keep the lattice strips cold
