Breakfast focaccia

Project Description

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used quarter sheet pans instead of the round pan that Peter demonstrated. The dried fruit I added was 10 oz. total of apricots, golden raisins, and cherries. I drizzled the fondant with a whisk for a different look. Even though probably not authentic, I added the sliced toasted almonds for additional visual appeal.
