Bread Rolls - First attempt

Project Description

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used the recipe for enriched dough and made 1oz bread rolls. What advice would you give someone starting this project? I would probably bake them with a little less colour next time. If you want to eat them another day, definitely recommend freezing as soon as they have cooled.
