Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and peppers, onion, thyme ,minced garlic and paprika with a pinch of red pepper flakes. I made this recipes twice because my family loved it. I also made the braised potatoes with bay leaves and garlic. Great side dish with the chicken. The second time I made this dish I braised green beans from the local farmers market with bacon, garlic, some Italian spice, salt, pepper and a little butter and bacon fat.
