Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. flour, water, yeast, salt What are you most proud of? I'm really happy with how this turned out. Was my first go at making bread. Used the Pate Fermentee method (thanks for your help Peter in answering my question with that). Doesn't look "perfect" but it has uneven holes and tastes seriously delicious. I didn't have any of the special tools to proof etc, just used ordinary bowl and back of pans, baking paper etc. Thanks for a great course Peter!
