Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I am tired of store and bakery bought breads having little flavor, so I bought the bread making class on Craftsy, and this is my first attempt. Although I didn't have a stone, I followed the directions the best my equipment would allow and came up with two batards that while uneven in size are still pretty and best of all, very flavorful. Enjoying the class!
