Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. The instructions and video in the mini class are excellent. I have cooked the pizza with and without a pizza stone. I prefer it with the pizza stone but sometimes I can't be bothered using it and it turns out fine without it. This is definitely my favourite pizza dough - the classic naples-style napoletana What are you most proud of? The result is perfect every time. I love the fact that the dough can be frozen so making one batch is enough for 4 pizzas! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Give it a go! It may be daunting at first but the video explains the process so well and it's so worth it in the end!
