Berry Tart

Project Description

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Thanks to Colette's Pastry class, I'll be proud to take this tart to a BBQ this afternoon. I used white chocolate to create the moisture seal between the pastry and the cream and raspberry jam for the nappage. I know, I know I was supposed to cover the cream with the fruit but I wanted to show off my piping.
