Ingredients: one pillsbury pie crust, 4 large asian apple pears pealed, cored & sliced, 2 tablespoons flour, splash of lemon juice, 1/3 cup splenda brown sugar blend, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, butter, milk or egg wash for crust, course sugar sprinkles for crust, melted peach perserves for glaze Spread pie crust out on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper, mix pears, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, splenda brown sugar blend and pile on pie crust leaving approximately on inch edge to crimp so the crust holds the filling in. Dot filling with butter, put egg or milk wash on crimped crust and sprinkle with course sugar. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes then 350 for 20 to 30 minutes What are you most proud of? the taste was YUM What advice would you give someone starting this project? use an egg wash on the crust I found the milk browned only so so
