I was able to make this bread with the different sizes of "holes inside" as an Artisan bread should look like. And the best part is that it also tastes VERY good. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch the video as may time as possible to understand the technique that Peter presents so well and meticulous. Be patient and follow the instructions 100% as there are many tips and details that make the difference in producing an Artisan Bread. Peter shares lots of insider information and it's a privilege to see him making the bread.
