You bought an air fryer or are thinking about it. Either way, you are on your way to making some of the most delicious and healthy food you can prepare in your own kitchen. We’ll go over 10 recipes that will give you the techniques and insight you need to make dozens of delicious and healthy meals.
Veggies are the number one thing most people buy their air fryers for. But too often we just reach for a bag of frozen fries or onion rings. Veggies require a little preparation before cooking- peeling, cutting, and dicing, for example. But here are two recipes that are quick simple, and the techniques here can translate to many other vegetables too!
Chicken is the second most made food in the air fryer – and again, it’s so easy to just reach for the frozen nuggets. Here are two, from scratch chicken dishes that have no breading and are so delicious. We are going to work with both boneless and skinless breasts and thighs, making these much healthier. Both recipes use spices to coat the outside of the meat and one doesn’t require any oil at all!
In my Air Fryer Essentials class we learned a decadent potato chip crusted fish dish I called Fish IN Chips. In this class, we’re going healthier with salmon and shrimp. In this lesson we’ll learn how to properly peel and devein shrimp, how to use sesame seeds as a coating for shrimp, and how to use the drippings in the bottom of the basket as a dressing for the shrimp. I’ll also explain why we use skin on salmon in this recipe and how to properly place fish in an air fryer.
Most people don’t realize that you can use your air fryer as a broiler to cook uncoated meat without added fat, and get juicy, sizzling results. In this lesson we’ll learn to brine lean meat to keep it juicy, and how to know when meat is cooked using a thermometer
Fan frying a sandwich is delicious and decadent. They are just the same in the air fryer, but with a fraction of the fat. In this lesson, we’ll talk about use whole grain bread, lower fat cheese and replacing fattier meats with leaner cuts. Bruce will also teach you know when to flip and not flip a sandwich.

You bought an air fryer or are thinking about it. Either way, you are on your way to making some of the most delicious and healthy food you can prepare in your own kitchen. We’ll go over 10 recipes that will give you the techniques and insight you need to make dozens of delicious and healthy meals.

We’ll start with veggies. Bruce will show you how to prepare them for the air fryer and how to make sure they come out perfect every time. You might even find you have a favorite new vegetable – parsnip fries. Trust him on this one!
Then we move on to chicken — the number one thing people love to air fry. Bruce will show you that it doesn’t need to be breaded or battered to be super delicious.

Fish and seafood are two things that we know are good for us, but they’re even healthier when you air fry them. So, if you want to learn to make the perfect shrimp scampi and succulent salmon, you came to the right place.

Are you a pork chop lover like Bruce? Then he’ll not only show you how to make juicy and delicious chops that are healthier than almost any other you can find, but he’ll show you how to make perfect steaks, too. It’s a technique that shows you how you can use your air fryer like a broiler. Super-fast, super-easy.

Finally, he will cover sandwiches. Yes, these can be done healthier in the air fryer, but still offer the satisfaction of a crispy grilled sandwich dripping with cheese and deliciousness.
