Do you sell this cake? Yes (locally only) Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake: 3 Tier cake (6", 8", 10"), icing - white & chocolate. I made the sugar flowers from very thinly rolled gumpaste using a heart cookie cutter - then thinned the edges. I used a ball of brown gumpaste for the middle, wrapped & glued the soft petals around the middle, and stuck the stamens into the middle. My flowers didn't get much time to dry before needing them (I'm a terrible procrastinator) but all was good. What are you most proud of? My first ever sugar flowers!! I made this for a wedding couple that couldn't afford much - they were thrilled with it. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Practice making your buttercream icing look as smooth as fondant it makes a world of difference!
