Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Bottom layer was fruit cake, middle was vanilla sponge and the top a limoncello soaked lemon sponge. All covered in fondant with handmade sugar flowers and edible diamonds. What are you most proud of? The flowers and how the cakes tasted plus and probably most importantly making my friend happy. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Enjoy making cakes as much as I do and get to eat some yourself - if possible (well you put the work in!)
