Project Description

Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Joshua's Buttercream frosting, marshmallow fondant, royal icing, sugar paper, white and light cocoa chocolate. What are you most proud of? How straight the sides are and level the layers are. I was never able to cut my tops or sides right, but using Joshua's technique I was able to cut them even and straight. Loved this class!!
