Twenty five pounds of cake despite the fact that I could only cover the top part of this cake with fondant. The bottom was just too big for me to handle with fondant so I iced it with cream cheese. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Remember the challenge of your project and keep it as a learned experience and grow. Some projects will have more problems than others.
