Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake The cake layers were three different flavors. The top was red velvet, the middle was chocolate and the bottom was vanilla. It had buttercream frosting and fondant. The ribbon was made with fondant. What are you most proud of? With this being the very first fondant cake I'd ever made and only the 2nd wedding cake, I was very proud of the way it turned out!
