Vertigo

Do you sell this cake? Yes Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Well, the stamens I purchased for the flower were so flimsy that I had to get creative with the stamens. I wound thread around my fingers, wired, clipped, and colored them. I am sure the next one will be much better. For the pattern, I used a diamond cutter. I measured and re-measured, but the pattern worked out like a puzzle when I got to the back of the cake. Therefore, I had one continuous pattern all the way around the cake. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Work a complete pattern all the way around to the back of the cake, then fill in to the top. Doing this, it is much easier to match the pattern completely before you have too much time invested in it.
