Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Chocolate cake with buttercream icing and mmf. What are you most proud of? I followed Royal Bakery's tutorial on Craftsy to do the ruffles, but it was a very hot day and the fondant kept drooping. I learnt a lot by attempting it though. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Add try lose to the fondant when making the ruffles.

No, it usually makes it droop and sweat, but once the evening came it set with support from cocktail sticks.
