ah this looks fantastic !! so clean and precise , is the dummy the top part and if so where did you order it from in that shape as all I can find is the box standard shapes

Thank you. The dummy is the lid. I used two 6 inch round dummies which I cut in half and stuck together to achieve the domed lid shape.. Hope this helps.

very good cake. kindly tell us about the bottom layer. how did you attach the cover to prop it up? thanks

Hi cake bites, thanks for your kind words. I just positioned the lid on top of the box. It was heavy enough to keep it stable. I did make some gumpaste "hinges" which attached the lid and box although these were simply decorative. The lid was propped up be the sweets and choc coins and a wedge of leftover fondant or gumpaste. Happy cake-ing
