The child is 6 and her little brother is the sick one. Sage wanted a Princess cake for her birthday. So on her special day when she turns 6 (Nov 2nd) she'll celebrate it with a beautiful pink Princess cake. I love making Tiara's because you can do so many different styles :-). But I'm also thankful to be apart of such a wonderful non-profit organization as "Icing Smiles".
