The burger cake

Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake To make this cake, I baked a chocolate pound cake and torted it in half. I used the upper half as the upper part of the burger bun, and the lower half as the bottom bun. I covered each half in buttercream, and let it chill in the fridge for about an hour. I then tinted my fondant with a little brown and covered each half. I baked a brownie in a round pan for the "meat". I shaped lettuce, cheese, onions and tomatoes using fondant. I also shaped my ketchup bottle using fondant since I'm not familiar with melting chocolate whatsoever and didn't want to risk facing an issue with it on my first try. I think next time I would cut my copper tube to be shorter because I found that it was a tad too long. The cake was for my sister's birthday, and everybody at the party absolutely loved it!! Thank you Lauren!!
