Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Fondant, modeling chocolate, gumpaste and gelatin. What are you most proud of? The pineapple. I had no clue how to do this without a mold. I just winged it and tried to make it look as realistic as I could. Mom loved it so much, she wants me to glazed it for her to keep forever. LOL! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Practice, practice, practice. Love what you do and the rest will all come together.
