Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Red Velvet cake, Chocolate cake, Ganache, Royal icing, Americolor food colors. What are you most proud of? My edges! What advice would you give someone starting this project? I should have added a little more sugar after coloring the icing. It was a bit to runny. Wait for the cake to stop sweating before adding decorations! (I let it sit over night after watching some of the swirls slide down the cake).
