Sweet, sweet Paris!

Do you sell this cake? Yes Name of website or online shop Sweet Tea Bakery on Facebook Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake I got the chance to do this cake for a client who had a daughter, actually named Paris, who was turning 11. She wanted something "paris looking," so I did some research and came up with several design elements I just knew this cake had to have. It needed pink and black elements, it needed ruffles and stripes, and it HAD to have the Eiffle Tower somewhere. lol I covered all 3 tiers with marshmallow fondant. I covered the bottom tier with roses and ruffles in buttercream. I covered the second tier with pink stripes and her initial out of royal icing, and I handmade the topper adding tylose powder to my own fondant and let it dry. I then handpiped the tower with black royal icing. It was a hit!
