The pale pink rose in the back What advice would you give someone starting this project? Sugar is not an easy medium to work with - it is very hot and when it cools it breaks like glass. When you see chefs on TV cry (or almost cry) when their sugar sculptures break - that's real. But when it works it is really beautiful not quite like anything else.
