Yes Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake The cake is a buttermilk chocolate cake with rich chocolate ganache frosting and covered in fondant. I used Jessica's upside down technique and was amazed at how well it works! I used the wax paper transfer paper method for the red S layer of fondant on top. This was only after I did the yellow layer without the wax paper transfer method and ended up having a hard time getting it smooth. Duh!
