This was a rush job so I am especially happy that it looked like it should have. I know the pictures are bad, the cake really did look great. The pictures were taken at Mojito's Bar & Grille where the party was being held. Since I was in a rush to get it delivered I did not take pictures at home. What advice would you give someone starting this project? To measure spaces quickly use paper that fits around the fondant covered cake and fold until you get your 1" mark or there about (Colette Peters shows how to do this, no math involved). Cut your panels out a least a day ahead if you can. Put the dragees on before putting the panels on the cake just as Jessica suggested.
