No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake 6" double tier, 8" and 10" round fruit cakes, mazipaned and covered with fondant. 50-50 mix of fondant and gumpaste was used for the ruffled flowers. Bit disappointed with the piped side design as it was a bit flat. Not piped for many years so was a bit rusty.
