Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake I totally copied this design from a cake by Betty's Cakes in Harrogate UK. I really liked their use of stencils. It was such a simple thing, yet I thought really effective. I made basic stencils from card stock and painted them with green pearl dust. The center tree is just a cut out fondant shape. For the gold trim, I followed Amber Spiegel's advice (SweetAmbs.com) and first piped the details with brown icing. Then when those details were painted gold, my mistakes are not quite as obvious!
