Um Lauren. Hello you certainly had a hand in this. I wouldn't have done it without this great class, because of you I'm also a lover of modeling chocolate and currently dreaming of making a spiral cake because after watching the DVD and havering a hands on ice cream cone class. I know I can do it just because. If you haven't figured it out yet I'm a Lauren kitchen fan fir life ( don't be creeped out.
