How nice it tasted and the fact it looked great when cut. Mr 5 absolutely loved it :-) What advice would you give someone starting this project? I loved the buttercream recipe but the butter has to be at room temperature. Use unsalted butter I accidentally did one of the two batches with regular salted butter. It was ok but I am salt senstivie and could taste it. Trust in the recipe it does work.
