Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake I made this cake for my mum for Mothers Day. It's a 6 inch diameter vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream between the three layers of cake. I covered the cake in ganache and made the MMF. The pattern on the cake was made from modelling chocolate and applied using Jessica Harris's waxed paper transfer method. The flower was made from fondant and based on the pink ruffle flower in Simply Modern Cake Design. I cut the petals with a circle cutter and frilled the edges in these palm of my hand with a ball tool. I then covered a cupcake tin with plastic and let the petals shape and dry on there.
