That this cake was structurally sound and had no problems delivering it. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Refrigerate, refrigerate, refrigerate. It's the key to the cakes being easier to sculpt, allowing the fondant to stick and then being able to deliver the cake without stress. Good luck!
