What are you most proud of? I took extra time to cut the petits fours just right so that they would look good after they were covered in chocolate. Also, I managed to have minimal cracking when I transferred them to the plate. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure to read the course instructions on how to prepare the chocolate glaze. Make the consistency is perfect for pouring. Also, freeze the petits fours before covering.
