I did the cake, and the small buds (special thanks to Jacqueline Butler) , but recruited my niece to do the sugar peony flowers since she does a super job with them. She has never made peony flowers and seem to get it right. and did an excellent job of doing them. Not only did she make them, she packed and shipped them from Arizona to California and none broke! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Practice, practice, practice.
