Peony & Roses Wedding Cake

Project Description

Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Loved Swiss Meringue Buttercream as a base for covering this cake with Fondant. Used the technique taught by Joshua for stacking cakes with bubble tea straws. Created my own unique lace mold also taught by Joshua. Learned Peony Sugar Flowers from Nicholas Lodge.
