Peony bouquets

Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake For the peony leaves/bud, I used Wilton gumpaste (as I had that on hand), but then I made Nicholas Lodge's gumpaste for the leaves. His is so much nicer to use! I wasn't able to get the peony cutters he recommended but used Collette Peters' cutters instead. What are you most proud of? I was able to repair a couple of chipped flower and leaf petals without it being noticable that they were broken in the first place. What advice would you give someone starting this project? You will be a pro at taping when you complete a bouquet! Be sure you set aside plenty of time for this project.
