Peacock Wedding cake

Project Description

Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake alternating layers of chocolate/raspberry and white raspberry layers. Cake was covered in BC then Fondant toped. Feathers are 70/30 GP/Fondant hand painted. Birds body is hand sculpted. Bottom layer is fondant pleated. Tiers of cake, include brushed embroidery flowers. A real joy to make.
