I tried to post some pics of the tower close up; however it was "too long or high". Anyhow, I found a template online and printed it out with the size I needed it to be. I went hand-pipped each side separately and let it dry for2 days! It took me several tried to get the right royal icing consistency where it had a nice flow to pipe, but strong enough when it dried that it wasn't too brittle. This took me about 2 days and literally 2 cup full of royal icing. Anyhow, each side was pipped individually, I let it set for 2-3 days, I used acetate paper (plastic) which made the royal icing pop out easier and cleaner than wax paper. I glued the levels in 3 parts and glued the 3 parts at the event to avoid damage during transport/delivery. However I did make 2 of everything JUST in case a piece broke. I'll try to locate the link for the tower template. And thank you for liking!
