Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Modeling chocolate for the flower and cake was covered and decorated with cream cheese icing. It was a four layer strawberry cake. What are you most proud of? The ruffles. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take the time to draw out lines to keep the ruffles straight. Don't over mix the chocolate.
