Olivia the Pig cake

Project Description

Do you sell this cake? Yes Name of website or online shop local sales only Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake This cake was made from two - 8" rounds and one - 6" round. The head is made with two Styrofoam balls (i think they were 6" & 3" balls) - carved to shape then formed with modeling chocolate. Normally I would use rice krispie treats. The cake was stacked up and carved into a domed/egg shape & covered with fondant. The bodice of the dress is modeling chocolate. The tutu was made by sewing & ruffling some tulle. The base board measures 12" x 16" with a 13" long all-thread rod for support & for the styrofoam ball to be attached. With light pink petal dust the whole cake was dusted, darker pink used for inner ears nose. What are you most proud of? Enjoying my Granddaughter :) & my grandsons too of course!
