Successfully wrapping the collar, smoothing the seam and hiding it with tiny embossed flowers. I also liked the scrolled apostrophes on the "O" toppers. I used a Wilton mold, I think, and they came out so cute. I definitely was NOT happy with that flower - ugh. No time to change it though. (I was also proud of delivering that cake safely; I've never had to deliver a cake ON a stand before!) What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch the video on the striping many times, and don't think you know more than Jessica does. Do it HER WAY!
