Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Royal icing with powdered eggs whites substituted for meringue powder. I took a few attempts to be brave enough to add enough water to get the run sugar to really run. What are you most proud of? Even the learning mistakes looked good enough to share and eat! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Give yourself the permission to just play as you learn.
