Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake cake , buttercream icing, NO FONDANT. (I hate the way it tastes.) What are you most proud of? My new son-in-law is lactose intolerant , and couldn't use any dairy in this cake. It tasted fabulous. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take some lessons in Craftsy. I really enjoyed that I could make a cake, and go back and review a section if I needed to.
