I made this to stand up to the weight of the cake and ease of shaping. I covered this in white fondant, scored my lines with a ruler and stitch tool, then gave it 3 coats of black edible air brush colour. I then put this aside to dry completely for 3 days. I then sprayed the cake with clear glaze to give it the shine. whilst this was drying, I proceeded to make the chain and the logo, which took me another day to make, the chain was pretty fiddly. I then put the handbag on a 14" board and draped fondant to look like fabric and sprayed gold spray for the material effect, added some chanel sandals and Iphone to the board.
