Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake The cake has a dark chocolate ganache crumb coat and then it's covered with a 80/20 modeling chocolate/fondant mix. I printed the images on rice wafer paper. The packing peanuts are mini marshmallows. What are you most proud of? I think I'm most proud of the fact that I made the modeling chocolate myself :-). Also, I put it on in panels (like Jessica mentions doing on the yellow cake in the class) and I was so happy with how straight and sharp it looked. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Plan ahead! I only had about 24 hours from start to finish for this project. I wish I would've had more time to level my cakes better, let them settle more, and let the ganache firm up.
