It was all buttercream using the frill technique. What are you most proud of? That I made this technique for the first time without practicing it first. What advice would you give someone starting this project? That day was very hot in Florida and my AC was acting up so as I keep on piping my buttercream kept melting. Next time I'll stop, put it in the fridge to firm up a little and then continue when it's a bit more firm.
